We only ask for what we need to book and do your visit. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for ads.
What we collect
When you book or call, you give us:
- Your name and phone number
- Your ZIP code and, when we confirm the visit, your address
- What pests you’re seeing, the arrival window you picked and any notes you add
When we do the work, we also keep a record of what we treated, the products we used and what you paid. Washington State requires us to keep treatment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we don’t keep your full card number.
What this website collects on its own
This site has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and it doesn’t load anything from other companies.
Like every website, the company that hosts it keeps basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To schedule your visit and call you about it
- To do the work and stand behind it
- To run your yearly plan, if you have one
- To keep track of your putt and any free year you win
- To meet our legal, tax and licensing duties
Who we share it with
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share it only with companies that help us run the business, like our booking form, scheduling, phone and payment services, and only what they need to do that job. We also share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep service records while you’re a customer and for as long as we need them for warranties, taxes and our license. If you asked for a visit that never happened, we delete the request when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, fix or delete the information we have about you, or to stop calling you. Call (206) 555-0177 and we’ll take care of it. Some records, like past invoices, we may need to keep by law.
Kids
This site is for adults booking service for their home. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we only ask for what we need.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
