The short version: you see the price before we start, the putt is optional and just for fun, and if you sink it, the prize is yours.

Using this site

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Booking a visit

• A booking request isn’t a confirmed appointment until we call you to confirm it.
• Arrival windows are our best estimate. We call when we’re on our way, and we’ll let you know if we’re running late.
• If you need to cancel or move a visit, call us as early as you can.

Prices

• Before any treatment starts, you get a written price. We only do the work after you say yes.
• Prices on this site can change. The written price you approve is the one that counts.

Our guarantee

• If the pests we treated come back within 30 days of your visit, call us. We come back and treat again at no charge.
• On the yearly plan, this covers you all year, between your regular visits.

Yearly plan

• The plan is $449 a year, paid once a year.
• It includes four visits a year, free visits in between if covered pests come back, and mouse and rat checks.
• When you join, you get the full plan details. Those details are the ones that count.

The putt: official rules

• Who can putt. After each completed visit, you, or one person at the home you choose, can take one putt. Anyone under 18 needs a parent’s OK.
• It’s optional. You never have to putt. Putting, making it or missing it has no effect on your service or your price.
• How it works. Your tech rolls out our putting green. Everyone putts from the same distance, with our putter and ball.
• One putt. One attempt per completed visit. The ball has to drop into the cup and stay in.
• Not home? If no one is home for the visit, we save your putt for your next one. Saved putts last 12 months.
• The prize. Sink it and you win 12 months of our yearly plan, a $449 value, for your home. If you’re already a member, we credit you 12 months. The free year has no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• No purchase necessary. You don’t have to buy anything to putt. If you’re 18 or older and live in our service area, call (206) 555-0177 and we’ll add you to the list for our next free putt event. We’ll text or email you the place, day and time at least one week before. We hold at least one every 3 months, and you stay on the list until you ask to come off. One free putt per household per event. Free putts use the same green, the same distance and the same prize.
• Safety. The putt is voluntary and taken at your own risk. Your tech may skip it if there isn’t a flat, safe space to set up.
• Video. We may ask to film your putt. We only film or share it with your OK.
• Changes. We may change or end the putt promotion at any time. A free year you’ve already won stays yours.
• Void where prohibited.

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but it’s general information, not a quote. The practice putt is just for fun and doesn’t win anything.

The name, logo and design of this site belong to Hole in One Pest Control. Please don’t copy them without asking.

Limits on our liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using the website itself. This doesn’t limit your rights for the work we do at your home, which is covered by your written price and our guarantee.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of King County, Washington.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top.
