Rat and mouse control for Seattle-area homes.
Norway rats in the crawlspace, roof rats in the attic, mice in the walls. We remove them and seal the gaps they use to get in. After every visit, take a putt. Sink it and win a free year.
Know your pest
Seattle has two kinds of rats, plus mice.
Each lives in a different part of the house, so we look in different places.
Norway rats
They stay low: crawlspaces, basements, garages and burrows in the yard.
Roof rats
Climbers that travel along trees, vines and wires to reach roofs and attics.
House mice
Small enough to squeeze through a gap about the size of a dime. They move indoors when it turns cold and wet.
Signs to watch for
Droppings, chewed wood or wires, nesting material and scratching at night.
How we handle it
Three steps. The last one is the fun one.
We find the way in
We check the foundation, crawlspace, attic and roofline for the gaps they’re using.
A price, then the work
You get a written price before we start. We remove them and seal the gaps. If they come back within 30 days, so do we, free.
Take your putt, if you want it
After your visit, take one putt. Sink it and win a free year: four visits on us.
Do it yourself
What you can do today.
Close the bins
Rats go where the food is. Keep garbage and compost in closed bins.
Trim the branches
Keep branches back from the roof, so roof rats can’t use them as a bridge.
Clear the clutter
Woodpiles, junk and thick brush near the house give rats cover.
Pick up fruit and pet food
Fallen fruit and pet food left out are easy meals.
Questions
Good to know.
Why do they come in during fall?
As it gets cold and wet, mice and rats look for warm, dry places, and your house is one.
Will poison alone fix it?
Usually not. If the gaps stay open, new rats move in. Sealing the way in is what keeps them out.
